The latest despatches from Gordon Pasha charee the Government with indelible disgrace in not assisting the. garrison under his command, and also' that the refusals to himself crown the climax of meanness. He alvises that King Leopold should occupy the equatorial provinces. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach's motion censuring the Government for delaying the rescue of Gordon Pasha and hisgarrison, will be taken in the House of ' ommons on Monday.
