"VTOTICE is hereby given, in ac_i\ cordance with sections 49 and 50 of " The Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882," that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Cheltenham Cross Road, and that the estimated cost of the said road is £1345 Is 6d. The Yearly Payment required to be made thereon is £33 12s 7d, and the amount of Special Rate required to meet such payment is one seventh of a penny in the £ annually on the rateable value. The District over which the said rate will be levied is defined as follows : — All that land bounded on the North by the Otamakapua Block, on the East by the Oroua River, and on the West by the Manchester Block. The plans, specifications, and detailed estimates of the cost of such proposed works may be seen at the Oroua Council Office, Feilding, during ordinary business hours.
