A meeting of this Board was held in < the Manchester Road Board Office this ; afternoon. Present — Messrs Taylor (chairman) Williamson, Bryce, Saxon. The minutes of the previous ordinary 1 and special meetings were read and con- ' firmed. i The following correspondence was then j read: — Mr Hammond, re spending his rates on the roud adjacent to his property ; T. Smith, requesting longer time c on his contract : Fitzherberi and Mac millian re alteration of their names on i rate roll to J T. Hughes for section 184. at Eiwitea; H. Haynes, asking for fi payment ot £4 10s for work done at Kiwilea in 1882; K H .
