An irgument upon a rule nisi in the en*e of Captain Lockyer versus the Victorian Navigation Board to prohibit the Board from enforcing suspension 1 of hi* certificate, commenced to-day, but was adjourned until to-morrow. Adelaide, April 30. According to the estimate of the Adelaide Chamber of Commerce, the quantity of wheat available for export this season is 300,000 tons, whereof 135,000 tons have already been shipped, and 16,000 are now in course of shipment.
