"\TOTICE is hereby given that on J3 Tuesday, the 6th day of May next, at noon, Section No. 448, Palmerston North, containing 205 acres 8 roods 6 perches, will be offered for sale by public auction, at Palmerston, at the upset price of £3 10s per acre, to which is added the sum of J6490, the value of improvements. Terms of Payment : One-fourth of the purchase-money for the land must be paid at the sale, and the balance within one month ; the £490 (value of improvements) to be paid to the present occupant of the section, as provided by section 155 of " The Land Act, 1877" in the event of his not acquiring the laud at auction.
