"VTOTICE is hereby given, in ac_i_\ cordance with sections 49 and 50 of " The Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882," that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Cheltenham Cross Road, and that the estimated cost of the said road is £1345 ls 6d. The Yearly Payment required to be made thereon is £83 12s 7d, and the amount of Special Rate required to meet such payment is one seventh of a penny in the £ annually on the rateable value.
