Serious Coach Accident

FEILDING VARIETY COMPANY COMES TO GRIKF. Tho entertainment which «ras to have bren given by the Feildin? Variety Company at Sandon last night was prevented by an accident to one of the vehicles carrying the party. One brake containing the scenery, &c, also several members of the Company, left Feilding early in the day, and another with the Feilding Brass Band with on- or two other^persona : ! was dispatched about four o'clock; The third brake left two hours later, and" contained Mesdames W. Mr Goslmg^jragj^ driving, and when within about a mire' ' from Sandon, the horses by some means got off the road, and the brake was com-r 1 pletely capsized. Mrs Hawkins had her : face badly cut and bruised, Mrs Lightbourne sustained au injury to her back - and a dislocation at the elbow, Mr Gosling,- . had an ancle dislocated, the little girl was cut about the mouth, and Mr Parr's ' left leg was broken, while the rest escaped-, unhurt.
