The attendance at our stock sale on Thursday was good, and the bidding un* usually brisk- We were disappointed in 5(1 head of cattle, owing to the intended vendor's illness. We yarded 100 head of cattle nnd 2000 «heep. We quitted all the male cattle, females being quite unsaleable. Sheep were all sold except 200 ewes. Quotationsasunder: Three y »"-old steers, £4 155; two- and-a-half- yesn -teers £4; two-year-old steeri, £2 13s 64; threeand two-venr-old heifers, unsaleable ; fat cows, £3 17s 6d to £4 16s; calves, 15* (offered and refused); fat sheep (wethers l, 9s u> lis 7d; fat sheep (ewes), B* 2d ; ! store wetherß, 8s 2d; ewes, 6s 6d to7«9d; Laoibe, 4s 4d to 6» Bd.
