The funeral of the late Duke of Albany will take place at St. George's Chapel, Windsor, on Saturday next. A message to the Queen, conveying the condolence of Parliament on the death oi Prince Leopold was passed in both Houses to-day. The annual Inter-University boat race takes place on the Thames on Monday next. New York, March 31. A force of 3000 troops is noow in Cincinnati .with the object of -preventing further rioting. The town continues in a , very excited state. Capetown, March 31. News is to hand that tribal hostilities have broken out in Bastutoland and Zululand, and heavy fighting is proceeding over a large area in both countries.
