REUTER'B telegrams. Caibo, February 28. The force underMajor-Generai Graham, now at Trinkitat, have received orders to advance against the enemy, and a forward ■ momement will be made to morrow. Two battalions of Egyptain troops, under command of British officers, started fob Assouam, on the I^ubian frontier, at the first cataract on the Nile; with the object ef opposing an advance of rebels in that direction. Two more garrisons in the southern Soudan have been captured by tbe rebels. Two regiments of Egyptian troops have been ordered to proceed to Assouam. The fidelity of the Native garrison in Cairo is distrusted. : -
