Mr Harli«y way applying for a prohibiti-n order against Ins son Arthur Tin* latter in Court naked his father to withdraw the appiicition. Tlio father refused, whereupon his xon drew a phial from his pocket, and saying hero goes, attempted t.i on allow the cuiitentn. The police rushed on him and ttok the phinl aw.<y. They found it contained chloral. Arthur Hurley was remnnded in eimtody.
