Wellington, Feb. 16. Hasell & Co. report the oat market in x very unsettled *tate Old stocks are nearly cleared out and holders ask high prices — 2s 6d to 3s. The samples of new cmv yet to hand are very inferior and fi.rmers looking for high prices. Flour, £10 to £11 ; maize, 3s 9d to 4s ; fowls' wheat, 3s ; pollard, £5 JOs ; bran, £4 10s 6d ; potato market, very unsettled, prices £3 10s to £4 10s per ton ; oaten sheaf chuff, £5 ; bacon and hams, in very little demand at B£d ; salt butter, 6d to 7d ; eggs •<-arce. Is4d to Is 6d. Fruit market overstocked and prices during past week were vitv low. Poultry is entirely without attention
