HOUSE OF LOBDS CONDEMNS THE GOVEBNMENT. Received February 14, 0.50 a.m. London, February 13. In the House of Lords last night, the motion of the Marquis of Salisbury condemning the Egyptian policy of the Government was adopted by a majority of 100 votes. In the House of Commons the motion of Sir Stafford Nortlicote, that the recent disasters to the Egyptian arms in the Soudan are the results of the wavering po icy of the Government in connection with Egypt, cam* on for discussion. The Premier's xtatement was similar to that delivered during the afternoon by ; ari Granviile in the House of Lords, but Mr Gladstone announced in addition that Lord Wolseley had instructed General Stev«-n"«on by telegram to send Colonel Graham with a portion of the British garrisson at Cairo to relieve Tokar. Mr Gladstone also stated that telegrams hod been received from Gordon Pasha reporting that he had been welcomed on all sides during his journey throngh the Soudan by the inhabitants. Capetown, Feb. 12. It is reported that Cetewayo died from the effectk of poison, and a put mortem examination has been ordered
