+ . — BKTJTEB's TELEGBAMB. Brisbane, February 4. It has been ascertained that no loss of life has occurred from the hurricane recently experienced in the north. The I'oole Island Freezing Works near Bowen were completely destroyed, and it is believed thatihere bas been awreck on Gloucester Island, off Edgecumbe Bay. The storm had a most extensive front, and serious floods are reported in.many parts of Northern Queensland. A hundred persons at Bowen are in a itate ef destitution. "•-:•'. '^
