Wanganui, January 9. Catile.— At the Grange : Steers, £3 2s; cows and calves, £2 7s ; heifers, £2 4s ; yearlings, 275. At the yards to-day 117 head made up the sale: Fat cows, £4 10s; cows. £2 ; yearling steers, 30s ; heifers, 26r ; £2 12s to £3 15s. Sheep.— At the Grange: Ewes and lambs, 16s lOd ; ewe hoggets, 12s lOd ; wether hoggets, 12s 7d, all in the wool. At the yards to-day 584 head were disposee of : Fat ewes, 10s 3d ; ewes and lambs, 10s ; 2 tooth wethers, 8s ; 2- tooth ewes, 8s 7d ; old ewes and lambs, 6s 3d. Pips.— ln good demand : Porkers, 10s to 21s, according to weight. Horses. — Difficult to sell, even at low rates. '
