The Kiwitea Road Board having made application under the above Act for the works as specified under, upon which a Poll of the ratepayers will be taken, Ist. The works to be done are as follows: — Forming and MetaUing Wilson's Line Forming and Metalling Sinclair's Line., r Forming and Metalling Perry and Mcßeth's Line Estimated cost £3478 5s 7d 2nd. That the amount of the yearly payment required to be made is £812 lis lld, and that the special rate required to be made is seven-sixteenth of a penny in the £ on the rateable properties comprising the whole of the Kiwitea Road Board District.
