On January Ist and 2nd, 1884, an extra train will leave Halcombe for Foxton at 9.16 a.m. The 7.30 a.m. ordinary train from Foxton will leave Palmerston at 8.55, Feilding at 9.40, and Halcombe at 10.15, arriving at Greatford at 10.37 a.m. The usual 10.50 a.m. train from Halcombe to Palmerston will not run. The usual 8.0 a.m. train from Wanganui to Foxton will not run beyond Palmerston. The North Tbains will run as usual, with the addition of an extra train on January Ist, which will leave Patea for Wanganui at 6 p.m. Return Tickets to and from all stations will be available from December 22nd, 1883, to January 3rd, 1884.
