NoticesROADS AND BEIDGES CONSTBUGTION ACT. The Kiwitea Road Board having made application under the above Act for the works as specified under, upon which a Poll of the ratepayers will be taken, Ist. The works to be done are as follows: — Forming and Metalling Wilson's Line Forming and Metalling Sinclair's Line ' Forming and Metalling Perry and Mcßeth's Line Estimated cost £3473 5s 7d 2nd. That the amount of the yearly payment required to be made is £312 11s lid, and that the special rate required to be made is seven-sixteenth of a penny in the £ on the rateable properties comprising the whole of the Kiwitea Eoad Board District. 3rd. That the plans and specifications and estimates of the cost of such works may be seen at the office of the Manchester Eoad Board, Feilding. 4th.
