In the Chambers this morning, before Mr Justice Richmond, an interim injunction was applied for m the suit of 13randon v Brandon v -Shaw . Tbe affidavits showed that a suit for distil iv ion of partnership had been commenced. The terms on which the dissolution of the legal firm of Brandon, Shaw, and Brandon should take place, being in dispute, and the pliiniiffs. Messrs Biundon and Brandon, now applied for an injunction to restrain the defendant, Shaw, from taking any prrfc in the partuersliip business;, until the case was heard and determined. After argument, his Houor refused to grant the injunction. Walkina match, 1.30 p.m.— .Scott, 160 miles; Edwards, 154 miles.
