The standing bush to be cleared in terms of clause 19 of the Fencing Act, 1881. The Fence to be made immediately, or before the 80th day of May, 1884, and that such fence shall be a post and rail fence, top part with wire, at least four feet in height, of substantial material, firmly erected, with no greater distance between the rails and the ground than nine inches, and the posts not more than nine feet asunder.
