beuteb's telegbams. London, November 10. The cargo of frozen beef and mutcon per the steamship Orient, fr.>m Sydney (Sept. 8.1. arrived in good condition. The first portion of mutton was placed in the market to-day, and realised 4_,d to od per lb. The bankers Edwards, Maddison, Chartres, _. Co., of Lombard street, have become inso/rent. The liabilities are set down at £200,000. Late despatches say 100 Annamite convicts, who were erecting a lighthouse at Cochin China mutinied and murdered the French officers. They seized the arms and ammunition and escaped in boats. Bebliiv-, Nov. 9. The Luther quadri-centennial festival was celebrated yesterday with great pomp throughout the Empire.
