To be Registered under " The Companies Act, 1882/' Capital, £10,000 in 2,000 Shares of £5 each (with power to .increase), of •which rhere are 910 Shares already subscribed, leaving 1,090 now offered, payable as follows : — Deposit on Application, 10s per share ; on Allotment, 10s per share; first call, payable not less than three months after allotment, 20s per share. Further calls will not exceed £1 per Share per quarter. Should no allotment be made the deposits will be returned in full. TeMTOHAHT OifFICKS : Cash Draperj Warehouse, Siinbolton Road., The proposed Company will be formed for the purpose of taking* over the well-known established and goinjr business concerns of Messrs Lewers, London, Thompson, and Haylriule, General Storekeepers, as now carried on at Feilding, and to continue and extend she same under die provisions of " The Companies Act, 1882." It is proposed to divide 'the businesses into three separate Departments — one *o consist of Drapery, Glothiny, and Boots, one oi Ironmongery, Hardware, China and Gli'-ss, aisd tbe othor of Groceries and Provisions. This arrangement will avoid the necessity of keeping on band duplicate and triplicate supplies of stock as done at the present time by the proprietors of the several businesses n-'W proposed to be taken overThe stock in trade, working plant, and live stock in connection with. .the several businesses at the'iime of the formation of the Company will be taken over at a valuation. The premises now in the, occupation of Messrs London, Lowers and ■Thompson will he leased by the Company for a terni of years, and the stock divided and kept in separate departments as sb«ve.
