It is proposed to divide 'the businesses into three separate Departments — one *o consist of Drapery, Glothiny, and Boots, one oi Ironmongery, Hardware, China and Gli'-ss, aisd tbe othor of Groceries and Provisions. This arrangement will avoid the necessity of keeping on band duplicate and triplicate supplies of stock as done at the present time by the proprietors of the several businesses n-'W proposed to be taken overThe stock in trade, working plant, and live stock in connection with. .the several businesses at the'iime of the formation of the Company will be taken over at a valuation.
