EEUTEB'S TELEGRAMS. MKI3OUBNK, Oct. 30. The Melbourne manager of the National V! ortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand reports of the local grain market as follows : — Wheat 4s 3d to4s4d. The market is dull and drooping. Malting barley is neglected. To-day's quotations are 4s 6d to 6s 3d. New Zealand oats are in fair demand at 2s lOd to 3s Id for milling sorts. New Zealand oats, Tinder bond, 2s to 2s 4d.
