RKUTER'S TKLF.GUAMS. Constantinople, October 17. Latest accounts from Anatotea, Asia Minor, the scene of the recent earthquake, show that the catastrophe was one ol extreme severity. Several villages wer« completely wrecked by tbe repeated shocks, and it is reported ou good authority that a thousand persons were killed and that fully twenty thousand persons are homeless, and ia great distress.
