The schooner Wanganui arrived yesterday from Dunedin* Captain Laing reports- the loss of one of his men named Peter Oister, lost overboard whilst running through Cook's Strait in a gale of wind. All efforts to save the man were unavailing. He was a Russian by birth, hailing from R ga.
