This arrau^ement will avoid the necessity of kee|i!ii£ on hand duplicate and triplicate supplies of stock as done at the present lime Ijy the proprietors of the several businesses n--w proposed to be rakeu over. The stock in trade, working plant, and live stock in connection with the several businesses at the time of rhe formation of the Company will be (&ken over at a valuation. The premises now in the occupation of Messrs Loudon, Lewers and Thompson will be leased oy the Company for a term of years, and the stock divided and kept in separate departments as above. Messrs Loudou and Haylnttle have offered their services as managers of two of the departments and the third will be filled by a manager as soon as a competent man can be obtaiu d, and in the meantime provision will be made for ihe management of this department.
