A Salvation Army Captain Pined.

Captain Smth, of the Salvation Army, was fined 10s yesterday for obstructing the street by causing a crowd to collect, and heading a noisy, demonstrative procession. Seven members of the " Skele*ton Army" were charged with t : >c same offence as Smith, and a conviction was agreed to on the terms, one of them being fined 10s and costs.
