The Debentures are for £20 each, pavabie in 20 years from date of issue, and bear ietcres-t at the rate of ? per cent per annum ; and the Coupons attached thereto lor each htilf year's interest will be payable free ot exchange at any office of the Bank of .-ustralusia in New Zealand. Payment will be required as follows : — Ten per cent on application, arid the balance within seven days from the latest date on which tenders are receivable.
