The funeral of the late Comte de Chambord tool place to-day, at Goritz, Qear Trieste. None of the Orleans Princes attended the ceremony. The Anti-Magyar disturbances in Croatia still prevail in various towns. Serious rioting has taken place, and the military hare been called out to restore j order. Alexandria, September 3. The cholera epidemic is now showing undoubted signs of abatement, and there is every reason to believe tbat no further outbreak will occur. Bbisbane. August 29. The second engineer of 'the steamship Duke of Westminster, now quarantined here has been attacked with the small pox.
