The Debentures are for £20 each, payable in 20 years from date of issue, and bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum ; and the Coupons attached thereto for each half year's interest will be payable iree of exchange at any office of the Bank of ustialusia in New Zealand. r ihe Debentures and interest are secured by a special rate of one shilling in tb« pound, levied on all rateable property within the Borough.
