The hearing of the case against the proprietors of the Sydney Morning Herald, for alleged contempt of Court, on account of the publication of articles in that journal attacking Mr Justice Jones, was completed to.day. Judgment will be delivered on Friday next, the 31st instant. Received August 28. 1 a.m. Albamt August 27. The P. and O. Company's steamship Rosetta, with inward Suez mails, dated London, July 17, arrived at King George's Sound this morning.
