Borough Notices DEBENTURES. BOROUGH OF FEILDING, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF WF.LLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND. £6000 LOAN. TENDERS ar* invited by . the Folding" Borough Council for £0,000 worth of Debentures, bet'njr a portion of a special Loan authorised under rhe provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876. The Debentures are for £20 each, payable in 20 years from date of issue, and bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum ; and the Coupons attached thereto for each half year's intorest will be payable free of exchange at any office of the Bank of ustratasia in New Zealand, The Debentures and interest are secured by a special rate of one shilling in tho pound, levied on r.li rateable prop-ny within the Borough.
