Square-head Wheat.
Mr John Strauchon, of Mataura, made a careful < xperiment lost ve-nr with this wheat against white velvet and purple Tuscan, nine acres of each. The square head yielded 44.10 bushels per ucre ; velvet, 50. 78; and Tuscan, i?3.p5.
