Fraudulent Bankruptcy.
To-day's Chronicle says — We understand that the information laid by Mr Cheymol, of Wellington (and sworn before Mr J. H. Wallace, J.P., of that city), against Mr William Lingard for fraudulent bankruptcy ip.tpbe proceeded with, and that the Nelson creditors have instructed Mr Hutchison to join in the prosecution. The ease will co'ine on for hearing in a few days. ■ . . ■
