ON TUESDAY, the 10th of July, applications will l>e received at the Land Office*!, Wellington, and at tho MaFterton Institute, for fifteen sections, situate in the Kopuaranga Survey District on I-eferredP-iyments; and on THURSDAY, the 12th July, at 11 o'clock in the Forenoon, at the Institute, Masterton, 79 sections situate in the Kopuaranga, Miki Miki, Manpapakeha, Puketoi, Aohanga, Kaiwnka, Rewa, and Wainuioru, will "be offered for Cash at Public Auction; a!**o, seven sections on Deferred Payments (forfeited) situate io the Mangaone and Mangahao Survey Districts. Terms of payment. — With the -applications for Deferred Payment Sections, one twentieth of the upset ..price must be paid in Cash or by Bank Draft, the balance of the purchase money in half-yearly instalments ■extending over ten years : this will also apply to tho Deferred Payment Sections to be offered at public auction. For the Cash Sections, onefourth must be paid on tbe fall ofthe hammer, the balance (including Crown Grant Fee) within one month trom the day of sale.
