reutee's telegrams. London, June 30. In the House of Commons last night, Sir William Vernon Harcourt introduced a Bill to provide for the institution of a local government board in Scotland. The Garonne's cargo of frozen meat has been cleared at an average of fid per lb, and the Lady Jocelyn's at an average of sixpence halfpenny. The lambs per British King were some of a very inferior class, but they ranged from threepence to sevenpenee farthing per pound. New Fobk, June 29.
