The success and general satisfaction over previous events may be deemed sufficient introduction for that announced above. Clients are requested to send for not less than four snares, taken up in one name. A pound secures four chances — not one only. Deducted for expenses, 10 per cent. Probity is guaranteed by good commercial bona fides. References — Melbourne Sportsmen and City Journals. Bankers— Sydney, City Bank. Melbourne, National Bank. • Applicants are requested to enclose bank notes or P. 0.0., and register the letters, payable to Australasia or bearer ; also add 6d on notes when other than N.S.W. or Vie, and in all cases 4d postage for reply and result. Enclose two addressed envelopes unstamped. One extra ticket free with every 20 to one address, thus enabling the promoters of clubs for every twenty tickets a chance of being a winner without investing necessarily a penny. Register Letters - Intending applicants would oblige by writing immediately, to hasten the time for drawing. Address — Australasia, care of Mr H. J. Franklin, Wholesale Bookseller, Printer and Publisher, 40 Hunter-street, Sydney. One of the reasons for the great success of " Australasia's" i onsultations consists in this : that the investment of a single crown gives you a change of winning £1000, that a pound gives four chances, and that five pounds secures twenty-one chances ; and then the lesser Prizes may be earned by the other Tickets. In order to procure a single Share in any other large Sweep, one pound would have to be paid. Why is it that so many never invest a penny in Sweeps ? Is it that they have any real objection to them ? No ; on the contrary: it is because they are not acquainted with the method of them. For their information, then, it may be explained that there being 12,000 Shares, if all are not disposed of up to the day of drawing (which is unlikely) the prizes will be divided in proportion to the number of Shares taken up. Thus, should 9000 only instead of 12,000 be allotted, the winner of the Ist Prize would receive £750 instead of £1000 and so on. MAKINO GENERAL STORE. GREAT CLEARING SALE. BARGAINS. BARGAINS.
