The Bill was read a first time. Immediately on the House meeting, Mr Montgomery intimated his intention of moving a vote of censure on the Government, in connection with the ControllerGeneral's memorandum on the £190,000 imprefj^*ai"d ft asked Major Atkinson to bring on the Committee of Supply at once, intf parlor lab enable this to be done. Mr Atkinson replied that he would bring -im'filWpply as the first order of the day, immediately the preliminary business was transacted.
