In concluding his address at Taranaki, on the occasion of a presentation being made to him by +be Good Templars, Sir W. Fox said, when speaking of the wearing 7 ©/ tMTBlue Eibbon, " They ail knew that advertising was the best means of making a tiling pay 7 and even some very ■useless Jbings had by the sole means of idvettwiirg become very important, and commanded a ready sale.
