Kiwitea Road Board Elections.
As will be seen elsewhere by annonacement of the .Returning Officer, the following gentlemen hare been duly elected as Wardens for the above Board: — Waituna, Mr Williamson ; Makino, Mr Davies; Kimbolton, Mr F. Bryce; Pohangina, Mr S. Belive. Mr Taylor, as already reported, was returned at the nominations without opposition lor the Oroua Ward. Thus it will be seen that Mr Belive is the only new member of tbe Board, who we doubt not will do his best for his own Ward and the Xiwitea district generally On the whole we think the ratepayers have made a good choice of representatives and in saying this we do not for a moment disparage *i the good qualities of the other candidates.
