PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby eiven that the Manchester Koad Board proposi-s to construct the following' roads, or parts thereof, within the Manchester Koad District, under the provisions of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, relating to District Ifoads, viz. — 1.
