Special to " Star." keutek's telegrams. London, June 2. Thomas Caffrey, one of the Phoenix Park murderers, was hanged at Dublin to day. He confessed himself guilty. A league is being formed in New York for the purpose of preventing Government officers from entering trading transactions. June 4. Telegrams are to hand from Madagascar reporting that the Hovas have made overtures of peace to the French commander, and that the French Government will exact a war indemnity from the Malagasies.
