Manchester Highway Board.
The usual fortnightly ifteeting pf tne Board was to have been held; at its'l>ffipe this afternoon. Messrs Bartholomew and Fergusson were the only wardens present, and the meeting was adjourned till Wednesday next at two o'clock.
