NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting held on May Ist, 1883, the following resolution was passed :— • " That the bye-law relating to goats and piers running at iarge, be adopted, and steps be taken to have them gazetted in accordance with law." Bye-law No. IV. " The owner ot any pig or goat found running at large, shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit and pay any sum not exceeding £2, and not less than 10s, lor every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered in the manner provided by the 208 th section of the Counties Act, 1876." 'PO the owner or occupier of suburban I section No 67, in the plan of the Manchester Block : Take notice that we, the owners and occupiers of the adjoining sections, desire that a dividing or boundary fence on, or fence between, such surrounding sections and the said section No 67, he made immediately on or before the 26th day of June, 1883, and that such fence shall be a substantial upright stab fence, four feet three inches in height, with no greater distance between the openings than four inches.
