At the meeting of the Australian Frozen Meat Company held to-day, it was announced that no dividend would be paid for the past half year, and that unless stockowaers offered better support to the company, it would be necessary to suspend operations. Sydney, May 30. An extraordinary session of Parliament was opened to-day. In the Legislative Council the Address in Reply was voted. In the Assembly the Ministerial Bill for legalising the use of steam motors on tramways in the city was introduced. The debate on the Address in Seply has not yet taken place.
