PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby eriven that the Manchester lioad Board proposes to construct the following roads, or parts thereof, within the Manchester Road District, under the provisions of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, relating to District Roads, viz. — 1. Ulysses', Jones', Makara, Bunnythorpe, Whibley's, Pohangina, Mangaone, Junction, Valley and Midland, Wilson's Spur and Taonui. The estimated cost thereof is £18,033 2s 6d. 2. The amount of payment required on the above is £1,6^3 annually for 15 years, and the amount of special rate ratified to meet this is one and one-sixth of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of property within the Manchester Road District. 3.
