Coronation ofthe Czar.

A Vienna telegram states that tbe Czar, on arriving at St. Petersburg, found amongst his private correspondence a memorandum trom the Nihilist Executive Committe, printed on the fiuest vellum. It contained a list of eight condtcions which the Czar is called upon to fulfil before the coronation at Moscow — representative government by universal suffrage, provincinl autonomy by popular election ol provincial officials ; the right of owning land for the people ; freedom of conscience, of the pres*-*, of meeting, and ot association ; transformation oi the standing military fnrcas into a territorial army. If these demands be not complied with, the Executive Committee threaten to revert to the means ol intimidation previously employed.
