* (pee united peess association.) London, May 6. The German papers urge that France should bo included in the alliance of European Powers proposed by Bismarck. The Litest advices from Russia states that the Cznr has finally determined that his coronation shall take place on the 27th inst. The Standard protests against the duplication of the Suez Canal. Her Majesty's man of war Merlin has been commissioned for service in Australia. In consequence of the unsettled state of affairs in Armenia, consequent on Turkish misrule, Russia is massing troops at the Frontier. In the French (. hamber of Deputies yesterday, in reply to the Due De Broglie, Lacour, Minister for Foreign Affairs, admitted that Germany, Austria, and Italy had enterd into a triple alliance, hostile to France. The Indemity Commission, which was appointed to consider the claims preferred by residents of Alexandria on account of the damage to their property by the bombardment of that town by the British has sent in its report. The commission recommend that the sum of £645,000 be voted for the purpose of meeting the claim. The constitution which was issued by the Khedive has been officially proclaimed. It is reported that 5000 French convicts will shortly be despatched to ?foumea. ____________
