Her Majesty's health is improving. and all effects of her accident at the Castle are being gradually overcome. ) Intelligence is to hand from Halifax, Nova Scotia, that much alarm was felt there in consequence of n report which was current that some Fenian torpedo vessels have sailed from Boston for Halifax. Tt is fearel that an attack upon the shipping at that port is intended.
