'! hat a loan of £6000 be raised for the purpose of paving off any existing overdraft, and for road construction within thfi Borough. (2.) That the loan be for 20 years on debentures bearing interest at the rate of 7 percent per annum (3.) That a loan rate of Is in the £ on the rateable value of the Borough property be struck, to make provision for interest and sinking 1 fund. (4.)
